Very nice cafe with an amazing breakfast. Probably even better when you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the castle.

Schlosscafé Schloss Benrath in Düsseldorf Das Schloßcafé Benrath ist perfekt für ein morgendliches Frühstück oder ein gutes Stück Kuchen am Nachmittag. Der Cappuccino ist sehr zu emmpfehlen. Mein liebstes Café in Benrath! Insbesondere das Kurfürstenfrühstück für zwei Personen bietet ein reichlich gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis einschließlich Heißgetränk und frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Ob süß oder herzhaft und mit Lachs und Rührei ist alles dabei. Beim Nachwuchs stehen auch die Pancakes oder das Omelette hoch im Kurs.
Das Schlosscafé wird zurzeit saniert. Nichtsdestotrotz hat es von innen eine stilvolle Atmosphäre, wie auch meine Freundin, die heute zum ersten Mal dort war, bestätigte. Zudem war es ausgesprochen warm, was bei den relativ kühlen Außentemperaturen sehr angenehm war. Meine Freundin und ich bestellten lediglich etwas zu trinken, und zwar einen Cappuccino und einen Ingwertee. Ich habe das Café früher regelmäßig mit meiner kleinen Tochter besucht - und im Sommer haben wir auch stets gerne draußen Platz genommen. Momentan ist es besonders reizvoll, sich nach einem Besuch des traumhaft schönen Weihnachtsmarktes am Schloss Benrath in das Café zu begeben und etwas Warmes zu sich zu nehmen.
Peaceful atmosphere, friendly staff and the barock breakfast/brunch was awesome! I highly recommend to stop at this place when you go to visit Schloss Benrath.
